Course description: This course provides an introduction into the types of medications used to treat mental disorders, for example, schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, and ADHD. This includes an overview of the side effects of these medications, guidelines for taking these medications, and warnings about the use of these medications from the U.S. Food and Drug administration.
