The course material is delivered online - for both the online video courses and the online reading content courses - and can be reviewed and re-reviewed as much as you like. Upon successful completion of the course, your certificate can be immediately printed. Our courses expire only after you have successfully completed and printed your certificate. All certificates are kept on file and you may login to print a duplicate certificate anytime. You may login and out of the course as much as you would like.

The AATBS continuing education courses are appropriate for psychologists, social workers, marriage and family therapists, counselors, and nurses. These courses are appropriate for professionals at advanced, intermediate and beginning skill levels.

Online programs are accessible from inside North America (including Canada and Puerto Rico) as well as established military facilities throughout the world. If you are outside of these regions, please contact customer service at (800) 472-1931.

Continuing Education Refund Policy
For Online Courses: Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your online course for any reason, refunds are available in full if you request a refund within sixty (60) days of purchase and prior to starting the course's CE post-test. Please make any refund requests in writing to the CE Project Manager at ceinfo@aatbs.com. If it has been more than 60 days since the purchase date and you are not satisfied with your online course for any reason you may switch to any other online course of equal value.

For Certificate Programs, Toolkits, and Book courses: If you are not totally satisfied, please return the course materials within 30 days of purchase for a refund (minus shipping and handling fees). AATBS cannot accept any used materials. If you have started the online exam(s) or completed the course a refund will not be granted. There will be a 10% restocking fee charged to the customer for all returned materials. Please make any refund requests in writing to the CE Project Manager at ceinfo@aatbs.com.
